For our Lunafestival act music through the years, in collaboration with music associations Quadrivium & StudentProof, we are looking for dancers!
Would you like to experience the feeling of dancing through the years? Ever felt like you were born in the wrong century? Do you want to dance on a stage with live music?🤩
“Seven Nation Army” by The White Stripes, “Rock and Roll” by Led Zeppelin, and even some original Spanish rap music will be played!
For “Seven Nation Army” we are looking for dancers willing to create and perform a hip hop/feminine choreography! Any other ideas are welcome as well!
“Rock and Roll” is an excellent song for jive, so get your partner and sign up!
The Spanish rap songs all have a nice beat and fast rap lines, perfect to choreograph a simple hip hop dance to!
Join these workgroups where you can:
- Explore new music
- Put your choreography skills into practice
- Assist us in creating an original Lunafestival dance
- Participate in the Luna festival act (mandatory)
Anyone can join these workgroups! Already have dancing experience? No experience but willing to think about a choreo with us and learn? You are very welcome to join.😊
Rehearsal times will be communicated later on after sign up. Besides the rehearsals to make and learn the dances there will also be 2 rehearsals with the music associations and of course the performance:
- Saturday, the 25th of March from 14h00 until 17h00
- Friday, the 31st of March from 17h00 until 20h00
- Saturday, the 1st of April: Luna Festival
