Become a Footloose member
To join a dance course, you must first become a Footloose member. Click here to become a Footloose member. After filling in the registration form, the board will manually review your application and let you know whether you’ve been accepted as a member (check your spam box as well). If you’ve been approved as a member, you will be able to log in and subscribe to dance courses. The board will review the membership applications one week before the subscription deadline for the dance courses. If you apply for a membership later than Friday the 20th of September, 2024 23:59, the board cannot guarantee that they will have reviewed your application in time to subscribe to the dance courses of the second semester.
You can become a member at any point during the year and will receive a full-year membership or half-year membership, depending on in what semester you become a member. The full-year membership is from September until August, and the half-year membership is from February until August. Thus, if you become a member before February, you pay the full-year membership fee. It is not possible to begin a half-year membership in September.

Subscribe for a dance course
Subscription for courses is open until Thursday 28 September 2023 at 23:59. Click here to subscribe to the dance courses. After the submission deadline, you will receive an email about the course to which you have been accepted or to which you have been rejected. This email will be sent latest on 29th of September 2024 at 23:59. Contact us as soon as possible if you haven't received a mail by then. Remember that your application for the courses is not valid until you have received confirmation about your submission via email. Please also check your spam box! Classes for the first semester will start from 16th of September 2023 onwards. These first two weeks will be free for everybody.

The discount you receive for the 2nd or 3rd course is only valid for courses taking place in the same semester. If you enroll for one dance course each semester during a year, you will pay the price of one dance course per semester, thus two times the price of one dance course.

In case the number of applications exceeds the limit of available spots, the course admission policy will be applied. This means that it's possible that due to high demand, you won't be able to participate in the course. If you prefer to follow another course after you're rejected for your choice, please send us an email at secretary@esdvfootloose.nl. If you want to sign up for the Hiphop Demo Team or Salsa Demo Team, please read the demo team regulation document beforehand which can be found here.
Transferring the payment
Remember, you are only admitted to a course if you have paid both the course fee and the membership fee. If you do not pay in time for the deadline, your course and/or membership registration can be canceled and you will no longer be admitted. The payment deadlines will be emailed after signing up. If you have already paid, but got rejected for a course, you can contact us via secretary@esdvfootloose.nl to transfer the fees back.

In the payment description, please fill in the invoice number you received in an email from the treasurer. You can pay for membership and for the course(s) in the same transaction, as long as this is done within the payment deadline.
