On Wednesday the 5th of April 12:45, there is new GMM planned in Zeppelin (Luna 1.056) by the board 🎉. This GMM is requested by the Showcase committee.
If you want to attend the GMM, please send an email to secretaris@esdvfootloose.nl with your full name and phone number, before the 4th of April.
For all the new members: A GMM is an open, association-wide meeting with the board in which those who are interested can discuss association wide topics. These can, for example, include the finances of the association and updates on certain committees.
The meeting is open to all, so you can join if you are interested. There is no required information to be able to join. Two weeks in advance you will receive an agenda as well as any documents that will be discussed, so you will know everything beforehand.
Since the GMM is planned during lunch time, the board will make tosti’s for everyone who is present!!
