The yearly board change general members meeting will take place on Thursday 7 September 19:00 in the Corona hall, Luna.
Close off 2022/2023 together with the 33rd board of Footloose and celebrate the new board with us!
The GMM will reflect on the past year together with the Footloose committees and the board. New plans for upcoming Footloose year will also be shared!
For all the new members: A GMM is an open, association-wide meeting with the board in which those who are interested can discuss association wide topics. These can, for example, include the finances of the association and updates on certain committees.
The meeting is open to all, so you can join if you are interested. There is no required information to be able to join. Two weeks in advance you will receive an agenda as well as any documents that will be discussed, so you will know everything beforehand.
It would be nice if you could let us know whether you are coming by signing up below. This is not mandatory, but gives us an indication how many documents need to be printed. Also, you can join and leave the GMM whenever you like.
