On Monday, the 18th of March from 12.30, an emergency GMM is planned. It will be held in the Submarine (Luna 1.056).
In the last GMM there has been a mistake in which an invalid authorisation was made. Therefore, the voting regarding Ballroom Topclass and Gold, which was done with ballots, was invalid. As this voting was anonymous, there was not a guaranteed decision in favour or against. In the emergency GMM we will be voting on a statement which reinstates Ballroom Topclass and Gold for the second semester of 2023 – 2024.
Following this, the upcoming Ballroom Gold and Topclass lessons will still be open lessons.
For all the new members: a GMM is an open, association-wide meeting with the board in which those who are interested can discuss association wide topics. These can, for example, include the finances of the association and updates on certain committees.
The meeting is open to all, so you can join if you are interested. There is no required information to be able to join. Two weeks in advance you will receive an agenda as well as any documents that will be discussed, so you will know everything beforehand.
It would be nice if you could let us know whether you are coming by signing up below. This is not mandatory, but gives us an indication how many documents need to be printed. Also, you can join and leave the GMM whenever you like.
