Introduction
Feminine is one of Footloose’s newer dance courses and has quickly become very popular. After several well-received workshops in the past, we are happy to offer it as a regular Footloose dance course! The levels we offer are:
- Feminine 1: for intermediate dancers who have some experience with feminine or hiphop, as well as beginners
- Feminine 2: for those who want to step it up
- Feminine 3: perfect for experienced dancers who are ready for a more advanced choreo
For members who want to do more performances on stage, as well as competitions, we have also a feminine demo team. If you would like to audition for it, please read our demo team regulations before signing up.
The dance style
Feminine is an urban dance style in which femininity has the focus. It’s a dynamic dance style, where you are challenged to be fast, powerful and graceful. It also focusses on the development of appearance. Do you want to be more in touch with your feminine side? Then this dance course is perfect for you!
Teacher – Fem
The Feminine classes are taught by Fem van de Schoot, who has a passion for dancing and teaching dance. She is 24 years old and lives in Eindhoven. She is now working at one of the biggest labels in the music industry; Warner Music Benelux!
She has been trained by professional choreographers and dancers in the team ‘THE CDK’. She danced on theatre and TV shows, but also won contests on the highest level. She even danced on the European and World Championships for Hiphop. She has been a teacher since 2020.
