On Monday the 31st of March from 19:00, a new GMM is planned. The specific location will be announced at a later moment. In this GMM, amongst other things, the financial update and DDE realisation will be presented. All necessary documents will be sent out later.
A GMM is an open, association-wide meeting with the board in which those who are interested can discuss association wide topics. These can, for example, include the finances of the association and updates on certain committees.
The meeting is open to all, so you can join if you are interested. There is no required information to be able to join. Two weeks in advance you will receive an agenda as well as any documents that will be discussed, so you will know everything beforehand.
It would be nice if you could let us know whether you are coming by signing up below. This is not mandatory, but gives us an indication how many documents need to be printed. For environmental reasons, we will only be printing the necessary documents for the people who have signed up for them. Also, you can join and leave the GMM whenever you like.
